Oracle Challenger Series crowns first winners

Oracle’s new Challenger Series, designed to help young American tennis players succeed, has crowned its first winners at Indian Wells.

The series offers an automatic wild-card into the main draw of the BNP Paribas Open for the two American men and the two American women with the most cumulative points. Top points scoring American man, Taylor Fritz, qualified for the BNP Paribas Open of his own accord. The automatic spots therefore went to Bradley Klahn and Reilly Opelka, who finished second and third behind Fritz. The two female qualifiers were Danielle Collins and 16-year-old Amanda Anismova.
