Oracle acquires British adtech firm Grapeshot

Oracle has announced the acquisition of British marketing technology firm Grapeshot. Grapeshot protects brands by keeping ad placements away from unsafe content. The firm works with over 5,000 marketers, processing 38 billion programmatic ad impressions per month. Grapeshot’s features will complement those of Moat, which Oracle acquired last year.

“The acquisition of Grapeshot will dramatically expand Oracle Data Cloud’s ability to improve marketing outcomes for our partners worldwide by adding the important dimension of context to Oracle Data Cloud’s expertise in audiences and measurement,” an Oracle statement said.
