When one of Europe’s leading specialist law firms lost their sole Database Administrator unexpectedly, Pro DBA stepped in to fill the void.
Our client had many password protected SSIS packages, and wasn’t sure what each one did. As well as picking up ongoing SQL support without a handover, we were able to fully document the client’s SSIS packages and provide enhancement recommendations.
We offer fixed-scope support packages, because designing a support solution from a blank canvas can be tricky. All of our solutions can be tailored to the client’s specific needs, however.
Our client has non-standard project tasks that arise on occasion, and we happily tackle these on a time-and-materials basis. Provision for regular project or development tasks can be built into solutions too.
