Public sector health trust – Database 24-hour support
When an NHS health trust had a short notice requirement for round-the-clock Oracle database support, they turned to Pro DBA for a cost effective solution.
An Urgent Requirement
Staff departures left our client without the skills and experience required to support a number of Oracle databases, some of them critical to the trust. A managed solution was required at short notice to provide high quality remote Oracle support and maintenance.

Key systems were running on Tru64, but since engaging Pro DBA our client has introduced Oracle Enterprise Linux servers to cut support and maintenance costs.
