Our client, a specialist in the heavily-regulated pharmaceuticals sector, required a detailed technical health check prior to an external audit. Our health check needed to check that the environment was set-up in a highly secure manner, following industry best-practice.
Quick Mobilisation – Broad Knowledge
The deadline for completing this exercise was tight, but our team quickly mobilised and delivered on time. We were required to provide host OS security recommendations in addition to database ones, and did so using Microsoft Security Baseline Analyzer and other third party tools.
Enhancement Deployment
We worked closely with our client to get all identified security enhancements implemented without compromising the validated status of the environment.
A Successful Outcome
The external audit went well, and the client was soon back in touch to obtain ongoing support for multiple SQL environments. We continue to work closely with the client, building a long-term relationship based on the trust we’ve earned.
