IFS announces IFS Applications 10 in Atlanta

IFS announced the release of IFS Applications 10, the latest version of their acclaimed ERP suite, at its World Conference in Atlanta this week.
New CEO Darren Roos used his opening keynote to announce what he described as the “biggest product release we have done in the past three years”. Their new chatbot interface, IFS Aurena, attracted most interest. The bot uses AI to deliver a browser-based user interface capable of addressing questions posed in natural language. Aurena also supports Skype, Skype for Business and Facebook Messenger.
