Oracle technology at forefront of COVID-19 fight
Oracle
Oracle have produced some key technology in the fight against COVID-19: their National Electronic Health Records (EHR) Database and the Oracle Public Health Management System. These systems (built entirely from scratch since April 2020) have helped electronically screen over half a million volunteers for clinical trials, and over 5 million daily health updates from patients and healthcare providers. These systems have utilised Oracle’s APEX development platform and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, creating a secure and scalable platform.
